Why will it only let me use Paypal?
Because of the style of web site we are using the ONLY way we can accept payment is through Paypal. You can use whatever type of payment you want (ie…credit card, e-check and/or payment from account) but it has to go through Paypal otherwise if you choose the second option of payment(pay by cheque/bank deposit) you are choosing to send us your payment via check, money order, cashiers check or sometimes personal check. please expect an email if you choose this option, seeing as we have to confirm the sale and give you our address.
Why does the price look higher when I put it in the shopping cart?
It is showing it to you with the sales tax. The web site is set for the state of California, the state we are based out of. If live in a different state the tax will be removed once you checkout. You do NOT have to pay state if you live outside of California. If you do live in the state of California you have no choice but to pay CA sales tax. It is an unfortunate part of the law.
Why won’t it let me add the product to the shopping cart?
If it will not let you add the product to the shopping cart then we are out of stock. Depending on your operating system it may or may not show you if it is out of stock. If you already have something in the cart it seems to notice this and will show you an out of stock message no matter what.
Why does it say cheque instead of check in the payment menu?
It is just the British way of writing check. It still means check, like e-check or personal check.
What are the shipping, payment and return details?
Shipping is now FREE, it comes the fastest way it can be sent for how little we take inĀ for shipping. Payment are all routed through Paypal or sent directly to us. We suggest Paypal because you will get your products much faster then if you were to mail us payment. Please keep in mind it does take some time to receive and process payments through us. With paypal we mail your products out right away. As for returns, you use it, you own it. So if the tags are missing, if it has been washed, torn and/or stained, it is yours. You have 30 days from the date of order to return it, only if it does not fit or it is defective. Please email us to let us know if you plan to return it. We are willing to work with you to some extent. We will not pay for return shipping but we will give you your money back once we receive it or we can replace it if you want another one and we will not charge you for shipping on it.
